Unless an order is extremely large, we ship all orders in one package. If Etsy is attempting to charge for more than one shipping label, please contact us. We can discuss your order and setup a custom listing to ensure that shipping cost is calculated correctly. This occasionally happens when ordering several small items and also typically applies more to international orders.

Shipping estimates that appear on the listings are based on our current order queue and time to print. If you need your order by a specific date because of an event, please include a note at checkout or send us a message. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in time for your event.

• Do you sell your .stl files?
We do not sell our STL files. With as much time and testing that goes into these, we would not want them to end up on Thingiverse or other site for free. We also don't want to spend time having to watch out for that and then request any removal of those files, which can't always be guaranteed. We would rather focus our efforts are creating new products and printing these for others.

• Is my order going to really take as long as Etsy shows to deliver?
We do keep some popular small items stocked, but nearly everything is printed on demand based on our orders. We are an at-home business, with limited storage space. We are constantly looking at our shipping time frames and adjusting those, as needed. We strive to get orders out within 2 weeks, but during busy times, it may be longer than that. We ask that you allow us the time frame noted to be able to prepare and provide you with the best product we can.

• Which items do you create?
Many of the items that we have available are also designed by us. We have expanded on the items that we offer for printing by obtaining commercial licenses to sell other products. We have commercial licenses with Modi Boxi, Cinderwing3D, Zou3D, STLFlix, Terra de Verdant, Fates End, and Black Blossom Games. Each of these have a monthly or yearly fee for us to be able to offer their products.
