Each order is important to me so please allow time for your handmade item. CUSTOM PERSONALIZED ORDERS / MADE TO ORDER items lead time varies from day to day. Please see each individual items. Please note the approximate ship date is an ESTIMATE, it may vary slightly. Please allow few extra days for large quantity orders. An email confirmation with a tracking or custom (international) number will be send once your package ships!

Rush orders can be done with a small fee, select during checkout. Please send me a convo to see if rush order can be accommodated at the time. Follow up with a convo after a rush order is placed so i can pull out your order as a priority. All transaction of rush orders requested need to be completed and payment cleared on the same day requested in order for the package to be shipped on the date discussed. Please enter needed by date in the text box during checkout.

All standard domestic shipping will be 1st class mail via the Usps with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent when your order ships with a tracking number. You may expect delivery within 2-5 business days. Please make sure that the ship to address on Etsy is correct and up to date. If the courier finds a mistake in your shipping address, courier may be able to correct it. However, they will charge JB Exclusives for the correction. In turn, to recover the charge JB Exclusives incur, i would need to charge you. For packages that is shipped to an OLD mailing address provided, JB Exclusives is not liable for packages sent to the wrong address, therefore can not re-sent another.

There is an option to upgrade shipping. Domestic priority mail (2-3 business days delivery) Domestic express mail (next day-2 business days delivery), international priority mail (6-10 business days), international express mail (3-5 business days).

(You must use web browser to place your order in order to select different shipping options. Etsy apps does not support the shipping options). Please note upgrading shipping will ONLY speed up the shipping time. PRODUCTION time remains the same unless rush option is requested prior to placing an order.

I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. PLEASE always contact me first BEFORE doing anything else. Please DO NOT send anything back without contacting me first. For all custom personalized/made to order items are FINAL and are NOT returnable, unless there has been an error on my part. For error on my part, i will be more than happy to correct it. Please review EVERY ordering steps to ensure your jewelries are to be personalized correctly.

If personalization info is left out during checkout, it will be made and shipped as same as the first photo shown on the listing purchased. If you think you have left out some info, please contact me through Etsy convo as soon as you place the order. If necklace chain length is not specified at time of order, standard 18" or any available chain will be given. If bracelet chain size is left out, it will be made a standard size of 7". Please understand that without all information needed to complete your order will result in delay of shipment.

Disc come in different gauges, it is the term used to describe the thickness of the metal. The lower number the gauge the softer and thinner is the metal. I use ONLY 20 and 22 gauge extra thick metal discs.

Please note discs are hand stamped not machine engraved. Please note that each letter is individually hand-stamped, so they will not all align perfect, impression and spacing varies, but not shown as defected. It is part of the character of and personality of hand-stamped jewelry. That’s what makes each piece an original! I take great pride in my work, i do not ship out anything that i wouldn't wear myself.
