I ordered the wrong size and I emailed the seller within four hours and said, by all means you can exchange it for a smaller one and we will send a credit to your account. I was impressed because when you buy online, you never know. I will purchase from this seller again.

5 out of 5 starsThis is my 4th purchase from JB, I originally purchased the 2.5mm and found it too small on my son’s neck. I messaged the same day it was delivered to exchange for a thicker chain. The seller was very responsive and was able to help with my request. I received the new chain today (quick shipping both times). The 3.5mm was a better fit for my 12yo. I loved it so much I ended up making another purchase for myself.

The quality of my nameplate is perfect, and it truly showcases craftsmanship. My only wish is that the thickness were a bit more substantial, as it feels slightly less durable than I anticipated. However, I wholeheartedly give this shop 5 stars. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable! 😊
