Please note: Order delivery is dependent on the delivery services. Currently we are experiencing delays with USPS. We work with our customers and USPS to resolve shipping issues. Until we have exhausted all search attempts with USPS we will not issue any refunds. Our record is excellent we have recovered about 96% of missing packages.

RETURNS : returns are accepted - please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you choose to return the print - you will be refunded 100% on my receipt of the UNDAMAGED print
***one caveat *** if the print is damaged it is not returnable - prints must be returned in the same condition as received

Unless stated in the listing the materials we use for reproductions include:
archival inks, heavy weight (270gsm) fine art paper.
photo satin paper on sizes greater than 12x16 inches.
Whenever we can we use recycled materials to pack and ship our products.

For metric system customers: 1 inch = 2.54 centimeters

Return Policy: No questions asked. we take all returns so long as the item returns back in the condition it was sent.

We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. We accept returns within 14 days of package receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Buyer accepts responsibility for return shipping costs and will be refunded less the cost of the original shipping.

We assume no responsibility for damages or delays that occur during shipping.
