There was a slight mix up with the product. I messaged the seller and he responded quickly. He was courteous and kind. He apologized and promptly sent me the correct item and let me keep the first item for ‘my troubles’. In addition the paper note came in a plastic envelope that protected it. Which was a lovely touch. Such a wonderful experience. I will be buying from here again!
