The seller was very communicative and responded to all my queries quickly. The product arrived within a week from India and was well tracked and packaged securely. All in all, an excellent purchasing experience. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again.

5 out of 5 starsNasim is very attentive and kind, and always Quick to answer any questions I have bought two of his shrutiboxes and both have been of outstanding quality. In sound as well as in craftmanship. Every part of it is made with such care and the wood is just gorgeous, as well as the golden paper on the inside, and with real brass ornaments all around. The big as well as the small shrutti I have bought both have a delicious sound. Delivery was only about one week and arrived very well packed and in perfect state. Highly recommend this shop!

I'm so satisfied with the shruti and it arrived in only about 1 week! Costumer service was extremely helpful and friendly. With swift replies to my many questions, even late at night.
