All items are made to order. Refunds and returns are not accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship or the item is not as described. Message us your concern with a photograph of any defect within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept refunds or exchanges if the damaged product is returned in unused condition in original packaging.
Sale prices are valid on new orders placed during the sale dates only. No price adjustments available for previous orders.

Because your order is made to order, it is nonrefundable or exchangeable. - Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. We can mail out free color and fabric samples to help you choose the correct color prior to placing your final order. Therefore if you're unsure of a color please request samples prior to ordering since our company is not responsible for any color matches.

We do not guarantee against lot color or material variations on fabrics, vinyls, rhinestones, ribbons etc...
Colors may vary from one Dye Lot to another.
Identically named colors of different Dye Lots do vary from one shipment to another which our suppliers do not guarantee an exact match.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match between Dye Lots, shade, texture, size, and construction of finished goods. We do not guarantee Dye Lot match on items sold separately. At any given time, without notice, we may change Center Wraps and Ponytail Holders on Bows due to inventory supplies and quality.

We recommend that you place team/bulk orders in one complete order to guarantee same batch/lot of materials to be used on your order. Reordered products may not match color due to Dye Lot variances. We cannot accept returns or issue credit for any of these variations.
No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

Bulk orders, 10 or more, can take longer to produce. We process Orders on a first come, first served basis. If you need an order sooner, contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make arrangements otherwise we CANNOT guarantee it will ship out before the current processing time. Refunds will not be given! Team, league or bulk orders (10 or more) may require more production time than noted on listings. Contact us prior to ordering if time is an issue.

As of now, we only ship to the Contiguous United States. All items are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation - Priority Shipping upgrade available upon request before purchase. We ONLY ship to the "ship to" address on your Order, so please make sure this is correct or any extra costs will be responsibility of the buyer. Most orders ship out in 1-2 weeks (some less - some more. Contact us prior to ordering if time is an issue.) Once Shipped, the package is out of our hands we can not be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather, or other unexpected delays out of our control with USPS.
