Pulkit responded promptly to all my questions prior to my purchase. He clarified the positives of getting moissanite ( almost 50% pricier) than cubic zirconia . He assured me that I would be very happy with the ring he makes for me. My order arrived promptly and the ring is beautiful. He even notified me once the package shipped , providing pictures and notified me again on the day my order was out for delivery. His customer service is stellar. Do not hesitate to purchase from Pulkit’s store.
