SIZING DETAILS

When trying to find the right size for your ring it is important to keep in mind that:
Your hands are probably not the same size.
Your "good" hand is usually slightly larger.
This practically means that if you know the size of a ring you wear on one hand it may not fit your other.
The ideal solution would be to visit a jewelry store and there they will tell you the size of your finger, to avoid resizing with extra shipping costs.
If you do not know the size of your finger, please contact me to help you find the right size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Silver as a natural material reacts with its environment, especially with chemicals in the atmosphere. Over time the silver turns black and dull, this does not mean that your jewelry is of poor quality silver-on the contrary it proves otherwise.
Wearing your jewelry often, the "oil" that comes out of the skin will clean the silver and make it shine.
HOW DO CLEAN THEM ?
You can use a special cloth for jewelry or with,
Baking soda and water:
Make a paste of soda and water, apply a small amount on your jewelry with a cloth and rub. For intricate jewelry with details, use more water to make the paste thinner and use a clean soft toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a clean cloth.

If the package is returned to me due to wrong of address, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and customs, to resend the package,

CARE OF GOLD PLATED JEWELERY

Gold plating is a layer of gold over silver, and requires a little care and attention.

Always remove your gold-plated jewelry when wearing perfume, lotion or when using detergents, it would be even better to wear your jewelry after you are dressed.

It is best not to wear your gold-plated jewelry when showering or swimming. Chlorine and bleach can cause permanent damage or discolor your gold-plated jewelry.

We gently clean the gilded jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANCE

To return an item in any of the two cases above, please follow the instructions below

In order to receive a refund, you have to:

~ Please return the item in perfect condition unused and undamaged!

~ Make sure to use a bubble wrap bag or envelope with REGISTERED mail and TRACKING NUMBER for safe delivery because if you send a big package it will go through customs check and I won't get it unless you pay an extra fee.

~ Make sure that you do not write the cost on the envelope or bag because it will go through customs check, this way the customs costs will be much less.

~Finally please make sure to include the original receipt in the package!

The refund will ONLY take place shortly after the reception of the item.
