The bulk of the items we sell are created to order. This means when you order a piece, we create it specially to fulfill your order. As such, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

However, if you receive damaged merchandise or items that do not correspond with your order, please let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellations requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation request is received prior to order production and fulfillment, we can cancel the order and issue a refund.

However, because our production schedule varies, orders can be processed in as little as 10 minutes after they have been placed, while some may be processed after a couple of days.

Only cancellation requests that are received prior to order production and fulfillment will be honored. Cancellation requests received after processing will not be honored.

The USPS does not recognize Etsy’s flat-mail tracking. Etsy tracking numbers for flat mail orders will present an error if searched on the USPS website.

The transit data linked to Etsy’s tracking is only updated if and or when a flat mail order is processed through the USPS. Such mail is often never logged into the USPS system. This leaves many such orders shown as not shipped (pre-transit) or delivered when they have not arrived.

Most flat mail orders make it to their destination, but the USPS loses a significant number of card and wine label orders we send out. For issues with flat mail we encourage buyers to contact Etsy directly. We cannot assist in tracking such orders because the USPS has no record of their transit.

Sale events are held periodically. Discounted sale pricing is available during sale events and are not extended retroactively. Discounted pricing during sale events may be adjusted or ended at any time without notice.

Tumblers are hand wash only. Pressures, temperatures, and dishwashing machine detergent abrasives can damage tumbler coatings.

Wholesale pricing is available for B2B sales. Wholesale transactions are evaluated individually for approval. Please contact with us details of your proposed wholesale order.

While we use Bella|Canvas (BC) brand shirts for garment orders, there are occasions when we might substitute with another brand. We chose BC as our primary brand because of the wide range of colors they offer. However, with that large catalog of colors come occasional issues of availability. There are times when a particular color and size combination is difficult to obtain, or shirts are shorted in our orders, and we choose another brand to expedite order production. When and if we must use with another brand, we use 100% cotton shirts comparable in quality to the BC brand.
