**What are your shop hours?**

My Etsy shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you're welcome to browse and place orders anytime.

Messages are typically answered during my business hours:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

While I occasionally respond to messages on evenings and weekends, responses may be delayed outside of normal business hours. Orders and inquiries received after business hours, on weekends, or on major holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

Yes! Most items in my shop can be personalized with names, monograms, dates, or special details to create a one-of-a-kind gift.

I also welcome custom order inquiries. If you have a specific idea, color preference, wording request, or design concept, please send me a message before ordering so we can discuss availability, design options, and current turnaround times.

For many personalized items, a proof may be provided for approval before production begins. My goal is to create a keepsake that is both meaningful and uniquely yours.

Most orders are completed and shipped within 7–10 business days, and often sooner. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

For personalized items that require a proof, production begins after proof approval is received. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.

Please note that weather, holidays, peak seasons, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing so I can confirm availability and turnaround time.

Yes! For most personalized items, a design proof will be sent through Etsy Messages within 24–72 hours of purchase. This allows you to review the personalization details and confirm everything is correct before production begins.

Please note that proofs are sent exclusively through Etsy Messages and are not sent to personal email addresses outside of the Etsy platform.

To help avoid delays, please review and approve your proof as soon as possible. Production cannot begin until proof approval is received. If a proof remains unapproved for an extended period, the processing time for your order may be affected.

Because each personalized item is custom-made specifically for you, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is important to me. If your order arrives with an error caused by me or is damaged during production, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Holiday Order Deadlines

To help ensure your personalized gift arrives in time for your special occasion, please place your order by the following recommended dates:

During busy holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond my control. While I work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

All items are created in my home studio using professional embroidery machines, laser engraving equipment, and carefully selected, high-quality materials. Each piece is personalized and crafted by me, one order at a time, with careful attention to detail.

I use a combination of original designs and properly licensed artwork that is legally and ethically sourced. For many personalized items, a design proof is provided for approval before production begins to ensure your order is exactly as requested.

I do not outsource production or mass-produce my products. Every item is personally created, finished, inspected, and packaged by me before shipping. My shop fully complies with Etsy's Handmade Policy for items created using computerized tools

Yes, order changes may be possible if production has not yet begun. If you need to update a name, date, personalization details, shipping address, or other information, please contact me as soon as possible through Etsy Messages.

Once a proof has been approved or production has started, changes may no longer be possible. I will do my best to accommodate requests whenever I can, but I cannot guarantee modifications after production has begun.
