Why my package hasn't arrived? (Domestic Address)
USPS First Class Mail (Standard Shipping without tracking number) will take about 2-9 business days for delivery. If you can't receive it after 9 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will only assist for the order within 3 months of placed.
Why my package hasn't arrived? (International Address)
USPS First Class Mail Canada will take about 20-25 business days for delivery, and USPS First Class Mail International will take about 30-35 business days for delivery.
The delivery time may extend depend on the customs clearance. Package could be track inside US but not able to track after cross-border.
If you can't receive it after the promise deliver day, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will only assist for the order within 3 monthes of placed.
Why no tracking number provided?
We ship orders with tracking number based on the item weight and size, some package will ship without tracking number.
If the package needs to be shipped with tracking number, please select "ship with tracking" in checkout page.
