Returns and exchange details
Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase, so long as the order has not yet shipped.

All stickers are printed and cut to order, and will not be cancelled once work has begun on the order.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of incorrect items.
Payment
Payment for your order is accepted via Etsy Direct Checkout.
Etsy giftcards are accepted.
Shipping
► Orders ship via USPS First Class mail WITH TRACKING by default.
► Rush Shipping available - ships within 1 business day.
► Priority Mail (2-3 day) & Express (1-2 day) shipping upgrades are available
► All orders ship in a flat rigid mailer by default.
► Buyer is responsible for any customs fees incurred.

RUSH SHIPPING: Orders will ship within 1 business day - excludes Holidays & Weekends.

PRIORITY: Priority mail upgrades are available. Purchasing priority mail upgrade only effects the shipping time with USPS. It does not effect my processing time.

CUSTOMS FEES: It is the BUYER'S responsibility to pay customs fees if applicable. This is a fee that may be incurred on International orders. This fee is assessed and collected by your country or mail service provider. Orders that are returned due to non-payment of customs fees will not have the shipping cost refunded.

ADDRESS: It is the BUYER'S responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. The shop will not replace orders that are sent to an incorrect address due to the buyer's mistake.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an item is shipped to the address provided to me and USPS tracks it as "delivered", the buyer is responsible for conducting inquiries or filing claims with their post office if for some reason it is lost/stolen after marked as delivered. "Delivered" orders will not be replaced.

RETURNED ORDERS: In the event that an order is returned due to issues will mailing, the buyer will not receive a refund for the shipping cost, and will be charged for redelivery if desired. Including by not limited to: incorrect mailing address, non-payment of customs fees, USPS unable to deliver.

"Help! My order says it's still in Pre-Transit"
► I utilize USPS' Package pickup service to ship orders*. Pickup requests are scheduled as needed. Due to living within a rural mail zone (Im in the middle of Orange Grove/farm country), pick up requests are not always completed on the date requested, and may take up to 3 days before the pickup is complete.
► Unfortunately USPS does not always scan orders in immediately when the are received.
► If more than 3 days have elapsed and your package it still in Pre-Transit, please contact me so I can look into it.

*Rush Orders are taken to the post office if USPS does not complete the pickup on the scheduled day. If this occurs after the PO has closed, your order may not be scanned in until the following business day.

"Help! I entered the wrong address!"
► Contact me ASAP.
► If the order has not shipped, it can be fixed.
► If the order has already shipped, but states "Pre-Transit," it may still be in my possession, and can be changed if this is the case.
► If the order has already shipped and accepted by USPS, a package intercept may be possible. This is a service charged for by USPS, the buyer is responsible for the charge. The service is not guaranteed depending on how long it has been since shipping. Once the intercept has been completed and is in the shop's possession, the buyer will then be charged for redelievery as well.
► If the order is already delivered to the incorrect address due to the buyers mistake, there is nothing I can do to recover the package.

BUYER REWARDS CARD:
► Collect the circle Narwhal stickers from the freebie sampler and place them on your reward card.
► When the card is full, write your name & date on the card, mark a line through all the circle stickers, and send a photo via Etsy message. I will then send a one-time use code that you can use on your next order.
► If you loose your card, you can request a new card with your next order. However, I can not replace the rewards stickers you have collected on your missing card.
