I respect your privacy and only use personal information where it is necessary to process and fulfil your order.

When you place an order through Etsy, Etsy provides me with the information necessary to manage the order, such as your name, delivery details and order information. Payments are processed by Etsy, and I do not receive or store your payment or card details.

Orders are produced and fulfilled by Prodigi. Where necessary to fulfil your order, relevant order and delivery information is passed to Prodigi through Etsy’s fulfilment process. I do not use this information for marketing or sell it to third parties.

I retain order information only for as long as necessary to fulfil my obligations as a seller, comply with legal and tax requirements, and resolve any issues relating to an order.

If you contact me through Etsy Messages, I will use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and assist with your order.

Etsy and Prodigi have their own privacy policies governing how they handle personal information. Please refer to their respective policies for further information about how your data is processed by those services.
