The brand story
Established in 2021 in Haute-Saône (France), JPA 3Design was born from a simple observation :
Our everyday objects deteriorates more and more quickly and end up filling recycling centres due to the difficulty to repair them. It's a pain to find spare parts, and when we do they have the same weaknesses that caused the breakage in first place.
We giving ourselves some time but we don't treat the cause...
Initially, the mission of JPA 3Design was to offer a local service giving a second life to these objects, by producing tailor-made pieces at affordable prices using 3D printing technology.
Then the concept of “tailor-made at low cost” leads to an idea.
In large industries, objects are standardized and mass produced to reduce costs, which limits any possibility of customization. Designs are neutralized to reach a wider audience, which makes these products “soulless”.
Thereby, our homes become filled with disembodied objects and end up all looking the same, making our living spaces identical.
This is why JPA 3Design has launched into craftsmanship 2.0 by offering an alternative to this mode of consumption with products entirely designed, 3D printed and assembled in its workshop in Haute-Saône.
