In the pre-Christmas season , the delivery time can be extended (it is not my fault, because I send everything on time, but it is a heavy load on post offices around the world) Please place your order in advance.

Do you offer custom invitations?
Yes, for those with a specific vision, I offer fully custom designs to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art that reflect your individual needs and tastes like foil printing, venue illustration, custom wedding map, paper embossing, die-cutting, deckled edges, or printing on handmade paper. Please contact with me for all custom orders.
THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER WAS DESTROYED DURING SHIPPING.
Please check the contents upon receipt of your order.
If part of the order has been damaged, please inform me immediately.
Please photograph all damaged items - as the basis for the complaint.
Only providing me with photos of all damaged items is the basis for a complaint.
As part of the complaint, I will replace damaged items or make a refund for damaged items.
CAN I RETURN MY PERSONALIZED/ CUSTOM ORDER?
Most of the products that can be purchased through the Store are personalized and made to order according to the Customer's specifications.
In relation to such products, the Ordering Party who is a Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the goods.
IMPORTANT
If the Client finds a defect in the product, should inform the Seller about it, indicating:
1. information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect,
2. your claim or by making a relevant statement
3. your contact details - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Seller.
