4 out of 5 starsI did not receive this item on time, and when I tracked the package, I discovered it had been delivered to an address in a different state. I contacted the Seller, Jason, who apologized for the mixup. He offered me a replacement item, but I decided to request a refund, which Jason handled promptly. This Selker’s communication was excellent and he responded to my messages quickly. He refunded my money promptly. Although the labeling mixup on my purchase caused me to not receive my item, I thought the Selker did a really good job of resolving the issue. His customer service is excellent and I would definitely buy from him again.
