I am a returning customer and both my experiences were similar. I would tell you that the craftsmanship is excellent and takes time so order knowing that you won’t receive your item(s) when Etsy says you are going to. There is no real communication from the shop either so order knowing that as well. But the bottom line is that the quality is excellent and totally worth the wait.

Welcome to JTMortimer, where the art and spirit of the Arts and Crafts movement are kept alive through handcrafted framed artwork built to last for generations.
Every piece in our shop pairs a carefully chosen reproduction print with a hand-built quartersawn oak frame, finished in an earthy Mission red-brown stain that showcases the rich, distinctive ray-fleck grain that makes this wood so prized in craftsman and Mission-style interiors. Our frames are made to order, not mass produced, and the difference shows in every detail — from the quality of the joinery to the care taken in matching mat colors to each individual print.
Our prints are drawn from the rich archive of the Arts and Crafts era, featuring botanical designs, ornamental motifs, nature illustrations, and decorative works by artists including Gustave Baumann, Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh, Christopher Dresser, and many others from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Whether you are furnishing a craftsman bungalow, a Mission-style home, a Prairie-influenced interior, or simply a space that deserves something beautiful and enduring on its walls, you will find something here that belongs.
