4 out of 5 starsVery cute item for a small gift. Arrived in a very timely manner, packing was ok. It's pack in a Styrofoam container and taped. Wasn't very secure, but it arrived unbroken.

5 out of 5 starsMy experience with JTW Design Shop was excellent! The banner that I ordered is exactly as described, looks fabulous, and is of great quality. The customer service was truly amazing!! Talisa was attentive and responsive to an issue with the last leg of shipping (the reason for 4 stars there, but JTW not to be blamed, nor DHL, just USPS misplacing the package for a few days🤦🏼). Talisa made inquiries on her end to help resolve the issue, and checked with me daily to see if my order arrived (which it did!!). All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and would order from JTW again without hesitation!!

Can I change my order?
We can only change the order (size, color, quantity etc) if the item has not yet gone to print. Please send your change request ASAP through Etsy messages.

We take about 2-4 business days to create the items. Then you should add shipping times (1-6 business days) on top of that.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us through Etsy messages and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
We don't refund orders due to carrier errors.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered i.e. was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed, in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it with the size chart provided to ensure an accurate fit.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible to add a gift note with your order. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can know exactly when the package arrives and then you can contact your recipient.
