Hello + Welcome! We're in our 11th year as Etsy sellers! 💜 We design and handcraft anniversary gifts, map keepsake art, push pin travel maps and more! We provide custom one-on-one service, with all items hand designed & crafted by Jessica & Mike. We want you to have the perfect gift for any occasion!
We pride ourselves in customer service. Our travel maps and art are uniquely designed and printed or engraved on high quality materials. We use premium thick matte paper and museum grade cotton canvas for our prints. All of our leather and wood is sourced in the United States with sustainability in mind.
Our shop is rooted in personalization. We love to make anniversary gifts. However, we also craft gifts for all of life's special moments from graduation to retirement.

Frequently asked questions
Processing time and Same Day RUSH processing uprades.
Most orders are completed within 1 week plus shipping.
Rush orders put you to the front of the wait list.
We offer an upgrade to same day rush processing for an additional fee of $29. Typically we will have your item out in 1-2 business days, this depends on if your product requires approval or not.
We are closed every Saturday and Sunday and all U.S. Holidays.

What if both individuals, spouses or another person gifted the same item?
We say you must think alike! And that's a good thing and something to be celebrated! You're in tune with each other.
With that said, while this is a rare occasion we have a very firm policy that we will not spoil the gift giving process for either party. So if it comes to our attention that you ordered the same thing, we will not notify either party. Often times, when this happens, they are different enough that we feel you'll appreciate both items.
What are the typical shipping time frames?
We ship orders via USPS or UPS, choosing the most cost-effective carrier for your order.
The following is a general guideline. Orders are not shipped on weekends.
USPS 1st Class: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority US: 1-3 business days
USPS Express US: 1-2 business days
UPS ground saver: 2-6 days
USPS 1st Class International 2-6 weeks
USPS Priority Int'l 6-10 business days
USPS Express Int'l 3-5 business days
*International note: anything over 4lbs must ship priority or express.
DAMAGES & LOSSES: Once the item leaves our hands, we no longer have control of its journey to you. Shipping damages, charges and losses are the buyers responsibility. Postal service does provide insurance on Priority & Express. We can and will help, contact us.
Will I be charged customs or VAT fees? (ALL NON-U.S.A. BUYERS READ THIS)
Unfortunately, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs in your country.
ETSY collects and remits the VAT or GST taxes included in the price for us for the European Union. We cannot see this amount or know what it will be. If your country is one of them, you will see a note that says VAT or GST included with your purchase. YAY! Nothing else to pay!
IF your item does NOT have the tax included: Every country is different on what they charge for VAT fees. We do not know who will be charged or what it will be. You may be charged in your country before delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
►Before an item is processed:
Just let us know within 12 hours for standard orders or 1 hour for same day rush orders.
We will refund in full if you decide to cancel BEFORE we begin your custom artwork.
►During the processing time of custom art, including draft designs:
We put our heart into creating unique artwork just for you! Since each piece is custom-made, refunds aren't possible once we start designing. However, we'll work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you love the final result!
►After an item has been delivered:

What if I need to make a return?
►Non-Personalized Merchandise : Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping.
►Personalized Merchandise: (anything that is custom designed, names, dates, sheet music requests, wedding certificates, etc).
If you are not satisfied with a personalized item due to our error, you may exchange for the same item with updated personalization.
If any personalized info was supplied to us incorrectly and you need a replacement of your art, we will work with you to provide the updated replacement at a reduced material and labor fee of original cost, plus shipping costs.
Color variations & monitor calibration differences:
Color variations: Every computer screen is calibrated differently and may cause you to see a variation in the item you receive. What matters is that our printers and monitors are calibrated together, so they will output the best possible printed piece for you and that we inspect and pack each piece by hand, checking for quality assurance.
You may also see differences in the hue of leather items as we photograph under different lighting depending on the time of day and time of year. We strive for natural light, however because we live and work in the Northeast, rain and snow have a large effect on our photography process.
Why does some leather have marks on it?
Please keep in mind that leather is an organic material that is unique and one-of-a-kind. The natural variations and imperfections contribute to its beauty and authenticity.
We strive to use the best available, keeping any major visible characteristics minimized, however you may still see color variations and natural differences such as bug bites, dark area scratches, scars, specs, divots, processing marks, stretches and more.
We do not further process, dye or try to hide these flaws. We feel the natural characteristics in the leather are what makes it a beautiful, natural & unique gift.
What are your business hours and can I reach you by phone?
Business hours are Monday to Thursday 10AM to 5PM EST and Friday 10AM to 12PM. Orders will not be processed outside of these times.
Shop is subject to close for all US Holidays as well as various TBD dates throughout the year. If our shop closure effects your order, you will be directly notified.
Due to the nature of our business, we only provide email and Etsy convo areas as a means to get in contact with us. We are often very busy designing, printing, engraving and packing orders and do not have assistance in answering calls. We appreciate your understanding.
We can assure you that we will get back to you within and often less than 24 hours Monday-Friday. During work hours Mike often responds within a few hours or less.
Why don't you use glass over leather and wood art?
Both material options actually need to "breathe". If you put glass over it, it can mold and/or warp the material.
It's standard not to use glass over wood or leather. Both are super tough and natural items.
While we will not supply the glass as we do not recommend it, if you do want to use glass upon receiving, you will need to use a spacer between the glass and the leather or wood of at least 1/4 inch for air to circulate through.
