The quality is excellent, and they create such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. The seller was also wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to all of my questions and was incredibly kind and generous when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. He made the process of ordering replacements so easy and went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service and a beautiful product—I highly recommend this shop!

Frequently asked questions
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order turns up damaged, please let me know as soon as you can. When you reach out, include clear photos showing:
- the damaged item
- the packaging it arrived in
- the shipping label with your name and address visible
These details allow me to properly investigate the issue and follow up with the printer or courier if needed. Once I’ve reviewed everything, I’ll sort out the next steps - this might be a replacement at no cost, a refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
As all prints and frames are produced to order, I’m unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout.
Refunds or replacements are available for:
- mistakes or quality issues with the print
- rare situations where an error has occurred on my end
Refunds can’t be offered for:
- courier delays
- items damaged in transit (though I will arrange a free replacement)
Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals
Delays can sometimes occur due to courier processing or customs checks, and unfortunately these are out of my control.
I can only issue a refund if the parcel is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guidelines rather than guaranteed dates. During busy seasons, especially around Christmas, orders may take a little longer to arrive. I appreciate your patience and understanding if your parcel is running behind.
Print Quality & Colour Variation
If your print arrives with a fault or printing error, please send over photos and I’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Do keep in mind that colours can appear slightly differently in person compared to what you see on your screen, due to individual screen settings. This is normal and isn’t considered a defect.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses aren’t eligible for free replacements. If the parcel is returned to me, I can resend it, but the customer will need to cover re-printing and postage costs.
If your parcel ends up held by your local postal service because of an address issue, you’ll need to collect it or update your details directly with the carrier.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation only if the order hasn’t yet entered production. Once printing has started, I can’t guarantee that the order can be cancelled, even if the dispatch notification hasn’t appeared yet.
Holiday Shipping & Christmas Orders
Etsy’s delivery estimates don’t always reflect slower postage times in December, and this is true across the platform.
I don’t usually send replacements for orders still in transit during the festive period, as duplicate parcels often arrive too late or create further confusion.
Holiday/Peak Season Processing & Delivery Times
During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may extend slightly. The dispatch date shown at checkout is the best indicator of when your order will leave the studio.
Delivery estimates shouldn’t be treated as guaranteed timeframes, especially during busy periods. If your order is a few days overdue, please allow a little extra time before getting in touch.
Do Your Prints Come Framed?
All prints are available as either print-only or framed options.
Please check the dropdown menu carefully before placing your order, as the option selected at checkout is the option that will be produced.
If you select Print Only, your order will arrive unframed.
If you select a Framed Print option, your print will arrive framed in the frame colour/finish selected at checkout.
What Paper and Finish Do You Use?
My prints are professionally produced on premium 200gsm+ museum-grade poster paper, using high-quality giclée printing techniques for rich colour and detail.
The exact paper weight may vary slightly depending on the print partner and location, but all prints are produced to a professional, premium standard.
