2026 HOLIDAY & VACATION SCHEDULE
I will be away from the shop during the following weeks but will still be accepting orders via Etsy and website. Any orders placed within a week prior to each vacation are not guaranteed to be finished and shipped beforehand. If that is the case, production on your order will resume upon my return to the shop. I will, however, make every effort to complete all outstanding orders before any planned vacation period.

All federal holidays are observed as well.
If you place an order on a federal holiday, the production time starts the next day.
If your estimated shipping date falls on a federal holiday, it will be shipped the following day.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE:
All orders that need to arrive in time for Christmas Day must be placed no later than December 4. Any orders placed after December 5 that are needed by Christmas Day, will require a $25 rush order fee plus additional expedited shipping charges, which will be determined on your location and speed in which delivery is needed.

In an effort to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible, a printed receipt is not shipped with your order. If you would like for me to include a hard copy of your purchase receipt with your order, please let me know.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES & DEADLINES:
Clients are responsible for reading current production times prior to ordering. My lead times are listed on every listing, as well as at checkout, and in my shop announcements at the top of my shop homepage. By placing an order with my shop, you are agreeing to these estimated production times.
If you have purchased a ready-to-ship item, you will receive tracking information upon shipment within 3 business days.
If you have purchased products that are made to order, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for production. Most orders are completed within 2 weeks. The scheduled shipping date is provided with your receipt. This is an estimated time frame that is designed to take into account local orders and online orders, including those made via other selling platforms.
The listed shipping date is only an estimate and should not be considered as absolute. I will do everything in my power to ensure your order is shipped by the date provided on your Etsy purchase receipt. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days of the scheduled ship date, I will let you know as soon as possible.
For orders comprising more than 4 items, please allow 4 weeks for completion. For 5 or more items, please allow 6 weeks for items to be completed. This time frame does not include the time it takes for your order arrive to its destination.
All made-to-order items are shipped within 3 business days after your order has been completed.
For custom orders, please refer to the agreed upon production time that we discussed prior to your purchase.
ORDERS FOR SPECIFIC OCCASIONS:
If you have not already done so prior to placing an order, please let me know if you need an order by a particular date, so that I can plan accordingly to ensure you receive everything in a timely manner.
If we have not discussed a particular deadline either before or immediately following your purchase, I cannot guarantee your order will be completed and delivered in time for your event. It is vital that I am made aware of any specific dates and events. Depending on the situation and the number of items ordered, you may be subject to a rush order fee to ensure a timely delivery.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES:
The estimated delivery dates, which are shown to the right of the listing on a desktop computer, are automatically generated by Etsy. These estimated dates do not take into account my store policies or the number of items ordered. They are based on the soonest possible date in which you could possibly receive your order and are by no means a guarantee of delivery on that date.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for an exchange of equal or lesser value after contacting me within 7 days of its arrival. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, as described below, buyers are required to pay for return shipping costs. Once I have received the returned product, I will pay for the cost to ship an exchange back to you.
Damaged Items --
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the product and all of the related shipping materials must be provided within 3 days of arrival. It is important to have documentation of how the product arrived for insurance purchases. After you have sent the necessary information, we will resolve the matter in a way that best suits your needs, which could include sending you a replacement, if available, free of charge.
Exchanges:
No exchanges will be completed until an order is safely returned or other arrangements have been agreed upon. All products must be returned in their new, unused condition with the original packaging. Any products that are returned damaged will be rejected, sent back to the client, and no refund will be issued.
Sale items:
All sales are final on items marked 20% off or more unless an item arrives damaged. In that case, please refer to the policies listed above.
