1 out of 5 starsSeller doesn’t respond back to emails to answer any questions , the delivery on Etsy and what fed ex gives doesn’t match , Etsy says it’s in transit for over 16 days without an update or delivery date and fed ex which the seller provided a shipping label but fed ex shows it’s only been created , don’t waste your time with this seller you’ll probably never receive your package just like me

5 out of 5 starsCan’t say enough about this helmet. Seriously, if we ever need another one it will be from this shop. Shipping arrived before expected date as well which was awesome. My daughter can’t get enough of it. It’s a HUGE hit for any fans. Light weight but very durable.

1 out of 5 starsThe package was delivered today, and it was total mess. We been expecting this package with professional service. I want to believe this a joke. The box was completely destroyed and the item was completely destroyed.

I have absolutely no control on how the post office handles these packages. We add extra protection inside the box with fragile tape around the box. We would never ship out a destroyed item to any customer. That’s not how we do business here at Etsy. I sent you a message and we can ship out another one for free.
