星 5 個のうち 5 個I wanted a clean, organized, simple, and offline CRM to flank my fully loaded cloud based CRM. It is so convenient to have an Excel based client manager while I am on the road visiting clients. This saves me so much time and hassle in situations when I just quickly need a contact's phone number to lock down a large project, or I am trying to remember someone's name that I met three months ago. It is just a quick and easy way to recall client info without wasting time finding WiFi or setting up a hotspot. Also, Jacob has been an amazing resource. He is very very responsive if you have questions about the program and his YouTube tutorials basically walk you through every line of the code making it easy to accommodate changes. This has truly been one of the best purchases I made this year.

Yes! All templates are designed for Excel 2016 or newer on Windows. Most features also work in Excel 365. If you're unsure, feel free to message me before purchase.
❓ Can I customize the template for my business?
Absolutely. All templates are fully editable — you can change labels, colors, formulas, and layouts to fit your needs. No coding required.
❓ Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a digital product, I can't offer refunds after purchase. But I'm happy to help if you run into any issues — just message me!
❓ Can you customize a spreadsheet for my business or workflow?

This template is built using VBA automation and custom UserForms, and is designed for:
👉 Excel 2016 or newer on Windows (desktop version only)
It will NOT work on:
Excel for Mac
Excel Online (browser version)
iPad or mobile devices
Google Sheets
Mac and online versions of Excel do not fully support VBA UserForms or advanced automation features used in this system.
