Each listing has a processing time, which is the time it takes me to process your order. This is adjusted during peak times to reflect the order volume and how quickly orders are being processed.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation from Etsy which indicates your ESTIMATED shipping time. This is based on the processing time outlined at the time of purchase.

If you are hoping to receive by a specific date such as an anniversary, birthday or holiday celebration, kindly leave a note to seller during checkout, although I do not guarantee any delivery dates but I can do my best to ship ahead of schedule whenever possible.

Machine Wash Cold.

♥️ Due to the personalization of Jacobs Designs products, there are NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or EXCHANGES once your order has started processing.

♥️ In the event your item is defective, please let me know within 48 hours to discuss a replacement or refund if applicable.

♥️ Shipments are made to the address provided during Etsy checkout. Please make sure to update your address with Etsy before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address.

♥️ If an item is returned due to the wrong address given at time of purchase, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the items. No refunds will be given. No exceptions.

If you are requesting additional text, please reach out to see if there is an additional charge prior to placing the order.

Each custom order will receive a screenshot proof(s) for review and approval. Be sure to check your email address associated with your Etsy account as this is where the proof will be sent.

If I do not hear back to you after 2 attempts, you will be given notice that your order will be cancelled and inventory will be released. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been cancelled and Etsy will process your refund. Please contact Etsy directly with any issues with refunds as I do not have access to your payment details.

You can check the status of your order if you purchased while signed in to an Etsy account. You can access your purchase history and all your orders will be displayed.

If you purchased as a guest, you can still check the status however, you will need to refer to all email communications from Etsy with estimated shipping date and any additional emails with tracking information.

Once you have received a tracking number, you can sign up for tracking text updates on USPS.com to track your package as it flows through the postal system.
