JaconeCartography

After being persuaded by my friend to be a Dungeon Master for DnD back at the start of 2020 I decided to go all out. I began creating a brand new fantasy world for the game and needed a map. So I made it myself...horribly. After realizing that my map looked like doo doo I started learning and practicing cartography. Now hooked on map making and world building it has become more than a hobby.
I use actual real world maps from atlases, pictures of medieval maps, and those done by professional professionals as reference and inspiration...sometimes. Mostly I left my already gained knowledge on geography and imagination to just slap stuff down on to the page.
