Payment

payment is accepted via most payment methods

payment deadline is precisely one week after initial purchase otherwise i'll cancel the postage, i'll allow this 7 day grace period for you to sort your payment but if you fail to do so i'll re-list the item and you won't get it!

so far as cancellations go, if you suddenly decide that you really don't want the item, just send me a message and i'll do my best to either fix the problem or refund your money as quickly as possible.

if you'd like to reserve an item, the reserve period is for a fortnight at the end of which you must submit payment or i'll cancel the reservation and re list the item.

Shipping

postage prices are as low as i can make them without losing money. Royal Mail prices are always fluctuating so i will try to alter my prices accordingly while keeping them as fair as possible. EVERY order is sent out with freebie postcards and stickers regardless of cost, so don't think of it as extra postage, just think of the cute stuff you'll get in the mail along with your order.

also, please always allow a little extra time for delivery!

i do live on a tiny island in between England and Ireland so it might take a while for your item to arrive... but don't worry, it will always get there eventually.

so unless you live in the UK, chances are it might take a week or two to get to you.

I am always happy to ship worldwide via airmail, International will usually take 6-10 days (or longer)

UK 2-3 days, weather depending.

Finally, please ensure paypal has your valid delivery address activated (we don't want your purchased item arriving at the wrong home or address now do we!)

most items available are ordered in small runs so do be aware that multiples of an item might not necessarily be immediately on hand at the time of purchase.
