CARE INSTRUCTIONS
♥ Machine wash cold, turn inside out, with like colors
♥ Hang to dry (recommended) or tumble dry low heat
♥ Do not iron directly on the design
♥ Do not bleach
♥ Do not dry clean
♥ Vinegar scent: this is due to the printing process and will disappear after the first wash.
PRINTING TYPE
♥ Our apparel is printed using DTG (direct-to-garment). DTG uses eco-friendly, water-based ink sprayed directly onto the fabric and absorbed into the fibers—similar to printing on paper.
♥ On heavyweight t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies, designs may have a slightly vintage look due to the looser weave and fabric blend, allowing some garment texture to show through the ink.

♥ Colors may vary slightly from what you see online due to differences in monitors, phone screens, brightness settings, and the actual garment color.
SIZING INFO & DETAILS
♥ All shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are UNISEX sizing.
♥ Please refer to the size guide in the listing photos for measurements.
♥ Supplier-provided measurements may vary by up to 2".
♥ For an OVERSIZE FIT: Order 1–2 sizes larger than your usual size, as none of our apparel is automatically oversized.

TRACKING & SHIPPING
♥ You will receive a tracking link via Etsy message when your order ships.
♥ PRODUCTION TIME: est 3-6 business days (M-F; average 3, can take up to 6).
♥ SHIPPING TIME: est 3-6 business days (M-F; depends on customer location).
♥ Once handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot control their timeline or guarantee delivery dates.
♥ Please expect delays, especially during U.S. holiday seasons. Orders may arrive outside of Etsy’s estimated delivery dates. Refunds cannot be issued for these delays.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
♥ NO CANCELLATIONS: If an order was placed by accident, please message us immediately. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or make changes.
♥ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All items are made to order. We do not keep stock, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
♥ REPLACEMENTS: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us right away with clear photos of the ENTIRE front garment (and back if relevant), along with close-ups of the issue.
♥ REPLACEMENT WINDOW: Let us know of any issue within 25 days of your order date. After that, replacements are not eligible.
LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
♥ LOST IN TRANSIT: Contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to locate it.
♥ TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED: If your package is marked as "delivered," please check around your property and with your neighbors. Message us if you need further help.
♥ Customers are responsible for providing a secure shipping address. Once marked as "delivered", we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY
♥ Customers must provide an accurate FIRST and LAST NAME and shipping address at checkout.
♥ Orders with misspelled names or incorrect addresses will be returned to our printing facility.
♥ Once received, items can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping and item costs are not refunded.
