Although there was issues with my order, it seems that it was an Etsy issue that the shop was closed! I appreciate that the company reached out as soon as they were back open to apologize and offer to rectify the issue! It was completely out of the shops hands! Things happen!

The first shirt I ordered didn’t have the tour date that I wanted. It was completely my error as I didn’t look closely enough to ensure the one I ordered was the second half of the tour. I reached out to see if I could exchange and offered to pay the shipping costs. Jake wrote back to me quickly, and sent me a new shirt at no cost to me and he told me to just keep the first shirt. What wonderful customer service! I highly recommend, and the quality was amazing as well! Thank you Jake!
