5 out of 5 starsShipped fast. Machine was protected with thin layer of bubble wrap. The case was placed in a box with packing paper around it. The case was damaged badly in shipping and is not usable but I didn’t buy this for the case. Happy with purchase overall.

5 out of 5 starsMy 84 year old grandma has collected these bears since the 80s. A family friend talked her into giving away her 1999 bear. I was able to replace it this Christmas thanks to you. She was over joyed and cried. The bear being 25 years old looks brand new. Thank you for saving it all these years, you help complete a missing piece.
