I sell greeting cards that contain tiny stories printed inside.
My greetings cards contain tiny micro-stories.
I started off writing novels and short stories. Somewhere along the line, I got interested in writing tiny stories. Micro stories, flash fictions, tales that take only a 100 words to tell.
Then I thought - I wonder if these stories could fit in a card?
I can write, but I can't draw. Not even a little bit. So I work with artists I love, commissioning them to make paintings to go with my stories.
Some of my cards contain very small stories. Some contain somewhat longer stories (full disclosure - with the longer ones, there is not that much space left for your greeting! Just enough time to write 'To...X....love from Y' or similar). And some of the cards don't contain a tiny story - instead, they come with a download code to download a copy of the ebook of one of my short stories, novellas, novels, etc.
These cards could be great for a simple greeting, but can also be a combined card/present for someone who likes strange/fantastical/quirky stories.
