All customized items, personalized items and rings are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.

For accurate ring sizes I recommend getting your finger sized by a local jeweler before you order. Unlike the big chain jewelry stores I do not carry a large inventory of different sized rings for each design, so giving me an accurate size is important.

As a small independent designer I personally make rings to order, and whilst I am happy to re-size rings for a small fee, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on them as they cannot necessarily be re- sold.

I recommend ordering a half to a full size larger for wide band rings or sets of stack rings.

All items ship in their own Jane Fuller Designs signature box and wrapped in tissue and shipped in a small sturdy box. I ship first class unless an expedited shipping options is selected.

Tracking is included on all shipments.

All items over $100 are insured to their value.

Etsy calculates shipping times based on my stated production time and the shipping option you have chosen. This information is available in the listing description before you purchase. I can often expedite the production time if you contact me before ordering.

All metals are either sterling silver or a karat gold - I typically work with 14, 18 and 24k. I do not work with gold filled or gold plated materials. Not all of my designs are stamped with a karat mark - a purchase from my shop is a guarantee that I have used the materials stated. I use only recycled metals purchased from a green refiner of metals.

All gemstones and minerals are conflict free and ethically sourced - I use local wherever possible.

I reserve the right to change out metal components due to availability from my supplier. Suppliers may stop carrying components without notice but I only substitute those that have the same weight, karat and same or similar design to ones shown in the photos or listing description.
