1 out of 5 starsI ordered a jacket about a month ago and received the wrong size. I've had almost no response from the store owner when I asked about a potential exchange/return. Very poor customer service in terms of transparency and response.

2 out of 5 starsthe item does not look like the photo that material appears different. sizing is also too big. I ordered a small and they suggested medium and it can barely start at the waslist level.

1 out of 5 starsI requested more time to get my measurements right was told No problem "Please take the time you need and send the measurements once someone is available to help you but less then 24hr got email that they where shipping order anyway so now I have item that I can't fit it was a not what was told to me should have honored her words so no star from me lost money on this bad costumer service!!! will not recommend trust of word!!

1 out of 5 starsThe sweater was for my daughter, and she was really looking forward to it. It took an extra week to arrive. The workmanship is a disaster; the sweater is far too short, shows the midriff, and the buckle is sewn on incorrectly, making it unusable. When I asked for a refund, I was simply told to send a photo, which I had already done.
