Crazy to think that we are already headed into the Christmas season! Over the past few years, my busiest time is November. By this time, there is a huge stress on the postal system and orders are not guaranteed to arrive on time. Please consider ordering earlier to ensure that your item arrives on time.

Unfortunately due to high volume, I will have to turn vacation mode on earlier than I previously posted to ensure all orders get out before my family holidays. I will be turning on vacation mode effective April 5th, 2023. I will still be in the office working and finishing orders that have already been placed but will not be accepting any new orders or rush orders. I will be returning to the office on April 22nd but will still be responding to messages.

After 10+ years, My family and I will be taking a vacation. We have not gone on vacation since before my daughter was born over 9 years ago and since opening my shop over 10 years ago!!! With that said, I will be putting my shop on vacation mode from Saturday April 8th to Thursday April 20th. I will not be able to accept rush orders the week before or the week after I am on vacation mode. I will still check my messages if you have any questions regarding previous orders but will not be accepting any new orders during this time. Please plan ahead and order earlier. Thank you :)

Frequently asked questions
I noticed that I misspelled something on my order, can I change it?
As long as production has not begun we can make changes. If production has begun, you will be asked to pay a fee to cover the unusable piece.
Can I get tracking information?
I ship with Canada Post, who does not provide tracking with small parcels unless it is purchased. If you wish to purchase tracking or insurance, you can purchase a shipping upgrade. This is only available to Canada and the United States. For international, please message me prior to purchasing to get your shipping fees adjusted.
Can you do custom pieces?
I love working with my clients to create a beautiful custom piece. Message me with details of what you would like, and I will do my best to make it possible!
Can I get something on the front and back?
We can stamp both sides of a dog tag only. The cost is $2.00 more to have both sides stamped.
Can I add a name or another phone number?
Some tags do have some room to add things to it. Please message me before purchasing to see if this is an option for the tag you want.
My package hasn't arrived yet.
It usually takes 3-5 business days to ship within Canada, depending on the weather.
It usually takes 5-15 business days to ship to the United States, depending on the weather and how fast it clears customs.
If a shipping upgrade has not been purchased, I will not be able to track the package. Unless this upgrade has been purchased, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
COVID-19 Delays
Items are taking much longer than usual to arrive due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Enhanced screening at customs as well as minimizing staff at sorting facilities, post offices, etc. have caused a delay in items being delivered. I am extremely sorry for these delays and any inconvenience it may cause you. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me and I will do my best to assist you with this.
Custom and personalized orders
When purchasing, Etsy provides you with a shipping estimate. The estimate they provide is under normal circumstances, ie. normal volume, holidays, etc. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, these shipping estimates are incorrect. Etsy has not updated shipping times yet, and items are taking much longer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping times, please message me prior to purchasing and I will let you know some of the options to upgrade shipping to provide a better estimate.
