Please keep in mind that all orders are custom and handmade! In addition to shipping transit time, you must take into account customization and processing times.

Customization time begins at the time you place your order and ends when you submit final proof approval.

The amount of time customization takes will depend primarily upon your response time during the proofing process and how quickly you are able to provide the necessary customization details we will request from you, revision request and issue final proof approval.

Processing time begins when you submit final proof approval and ends on the day your order ships.

Due to the customized nature of Jankun Creative Studio’s products there are no refunds or exchanges once you have given final approval to being your job.

It is your responsibility to proofread your proofs. Please do so carefully prior to submitting final approval. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for errors you have approved.

Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued based on color. Please note, that because all computer, tablets and phone monitors.

For digital files I encourage you to test print your cards if at all possible to ensure you are happy with the sizing and coloring before giving final approval.

Please ensure you have ordered a sample of our product prior to placing a print order.

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to begin the design work and at final approval we will invoice you for the remaining balance.

Your order includes 3 rounds of pdf proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of emailed proofs. Once you approve the design, it’s final and there will be a $25 fee to make any additional changes. So please ensure info is correct before approving. I cannot be responsible for misspellings, grammar and or incorrect information once you have approved the design.

I will always respond to e-mails and conversations and I do my best to have a proof emailed to you within 24 -36 hours if your order is not a custom design. If you haven't received anything in that time frame please don’t hesitate to contact me.
