All my art prints are unframed in order to keep prices and postage cost effective for buyers. This way you can also choose your own frames online, or have it professionally framed in your local area.

All items are created using high quality materials and printing methods. Each item is made with different materials, and may vary depending on stock availability. However, I can guarantee 100% quality and satisfaction.
POSTCARDS (A6):
Silk finish print on 300gsm A6 card paper.
SMALL PRINTS ( A5, A4, A3 )
Vibrant dense matt inkjet print finish on high quality thick 250gsm Acid free untextured archival Paper. All small prints are delivered in protective wrapper when delivered within in reinforced envelopes. A£ prints are delivered via sturdy postal tubes.
LARGE PRINTS ( A2, A1, A0 )
Matt laser print finish on durable waterproof matt polypropylene roller banner material. All large prints are processed within 2 days business days, and delivered within sturdy postal tubes. Delivered next day via DPD within the UK.

I can provide custom sizes not specified in the listings or colour. Please let me know what size you require via Etsy messaging or email. The price will be set according to how closely it fits the art works listings sizes.
If you would also like to change a colour, I can do this at an extra charge. This would be £5 per colour.

At the moments I only provide digital downloads for custom personalised portraits. If you have an urgent order and need to cut out delivery times. Please let me know via email and I’ll see how I can assist.

Please make sure to read the shop policies and listing description (specially about printing materials, dimensions and delivery times ) thoroughly, before placing an order. Otherwise responsibility will belong to you about this.
I can accept returns in certain conditions, or items, but the item must be posted and returned to me. Unfortunately I can not cover postage for refunds and exchanges, therefore it will be the sellers responsibility. Please contact me if you would like to discuss any returns or postage.

Processing times for orders vary for every item. Orders are not processed during UK bank holidays and weekends.

SMALL ART PRINTS (A5, A4, A3): 2 -3 Business Day
LARGE ART PRINT (A2, A1, A0): 3-5 Business Days

STANDARD DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
* United Kingdom: 2-5 Days
* Europe: 7-15 Days
* North America: 15-25 Days
* Australia/New Zealand: 15-30 Days
* Africa: 25-30 Days
Rest of the world (anywhere I haven’t mentioned): vary from 1 week to 30 week
Many things which aren’t within my control can occur through postage. This includes POSTAL STRIKES, CHRISTMAS and NATIONAL HOLIDAYS and CUSTOMS STOPPAGE can delay postal times and extend those above times slightly longer. I’ll do my very best to maintain the estimated shipping time.
30 Business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) is the maximum time it takes for postage for international orders. If you haven’t arrived your item within this time please contact me. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
POSTAGE
Actual delivery time depends on postage method chosen. Most deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DPD for larger prints. I only received information on tracked items when they are sent and delivered. When stationary within customs release will be unknown. Therefore I won’t be able to assist when there are delays with customs stoppage.
