5 out of 5 starsVery happy with my dog mask! I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit me, as I presume these masks are made for male face shapes. However, the mask defied my expectations and fit me perfectly! I cannot wait to wear it to an upcoming event. The colours look even more vibrant in person, and the quality of the mask/print is impeccable. Thanks so much for such a great buyer experience!

Do you accept refunds?
No. However, if your product has been severely damaged in shipping, please reach out to us and we will do our best to come to a resolution. Refunds are reviewed individually case by case, and are not guaranteed. More often than not we prefer to ship out a replacement of your damaged goods free of charge!
Do you do custom Dakimakuras, Face Masks or Plushies?
Unfortunately we do not. We also have no plans of offering custom products in the future. Fortunately there are lots of fantastic shops on Etsy that do offer those types of services, and we highly recommend sharing support with other creators as well!
Are your parcels discreet?
Yes! Every parcel we send out is packaged in non-branded poly-mailers. We do our absolute best to remove "Furry" from any custom declarations we fill out, so rest assured you wont be getting any strange looks from the local post man!
