The fun hunt for amazing unique items.
I have been buying cool vintage stuff nearly my whole life. My Mom was always redoing the house when I was a kid. It was always fun to see new different vintage items in the house. She also told me there should be one fun thing in each room so it is not to stuffy. I try to bring both on my site and my new store.
I believe in recycling and this is a great way to do it. Items that have a past are way more interesting then brand new items. Happy hunting. By the way my living space is always changing thanks to Mom.
I just opened a 10,000 Sf storefront in the heart of Oakland Park, Florida. It is called Jasper Kane as of April of 2015. It was quite a mess but I have cleared it out and having a wonderful time filling it up. I believe that owning great furniture should not cost an arm and leg. I am able to spread out and incorporate all different styles of furniture and decor.
I have vintage patio furniture out in the back patio and unique statues from Walter Russel. I have a great staff that helps me to run the shop. Mark is the GM and head of store sales. Lorie is my sister and helps with sales and bookkeeping.
Richard is the in resident repairman and all around jack of trades. I am very happy to have these great guys assist me in running my shop.
