I am a fine artist, writer and teacher in the beautiful Southwest. My background is illustration, art direction and game design. I'm most known for my painting and art direction on the "Mystery Case Files" series of hidden object / adventure games published by Big Fish Games.

My work has been published by major corporations such as Disney, Pixar, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, EA Games, Blizzard/Activision, Big Fish Games, American Airlines, Texas Instruments, Pepsi-cola, Frito-lay and Bic pens.

I spend most of my time painting images of my world inspired by my cats. My work evolved from strong influences of Art Nouveau, Classical Realism, and a well developed sense of childlike Haynie wonder. Stories emerge as I work usually pointing to a symbolic message to inspire hope and faith.

Our old man Pumpkin, suffered many health problems up to the ripe old age of 16. He always kept the other guys in line. He left us in June 2018. Sleeping isn't the same without a big orange cat on your head.

The late and great Miss Joshua is where the cat adventure started. She is still with us in spirit. She was a daddy's girl.
