The History of Jen Lawler Designs
All of my work is all hand made by me from scratch in my studio. I do not have manufacturers or other members to my shop. I pride myself in creating every piece of jewelry with my hands and taking that time to pick the best gemstones I can along with the highest quality metal materials.
Here is my story :)
My shop, Jen Lawler Designs in jewelry was created in 2010 on Etsy, but this was not the start of my business. I have had my jewelry business for over 20 years, creating contemporary one of a kind jewelry. My experience has come in receiving a degree in 3 dimensional design from Iowa State University focusing in jewelry. Afterwards I worked for a goldsmith for over 12 years while creating and growing my own business. For the last 5 years, I have been working full time in my business, Jen Lawler Designs.
As a silver and goldsmith, I have focused my skills on creating very modern and simple designs that are unique but still very wearable for everyday. With every piece I create, I start with raw materials in silver and gold along with natural gemstones.
I do many custom orders through out the year that often are inspired by the jewelry I have designed. I have my work for sale at several galleries in the midwest and enjoy participating in many local and regional art shows.
