The Card-Reading Cabinet of Curiosities
Welcome to Jen Reads Cards — a little card-reading library and cabinet of curiosities. I've been reading cards for many years, and along the way, cards became much more than a way to answer a question. They became a language — a way to slow down, look at what is happening in our lives, and have a deeper conversation with ourselves.
I created Jen Reads Cards as a place for the things I love about card reading: books that make learning easier, decks that invite you to explore, and unusual and vintage treasures that deserve to find a new home. My first books, the Bare Bones Lenormand series, grew out of my experience teaching Lenormand. I wanted to make learning the cards practical, approachable, and clear — without unnecessary complication or getting lost in theory.
I'm also a collector by nature. Over the years I've gathered decks, books, crystals, antique pieces, and other things that caught my eye. Some have been with me for years, and some are ready to find someone new to appreciate them.
As I open the cabinet, you'll find my books alongside selected Tarot and Lenormand decks, vintage finds, and other card-reading curiosities.
Whether you're learning your first deck, adding to a collection, or simply love the beautiful and sometimes mysterious world of cards, I hope you'll find something here that makes you want to pull up a chair and stay awhile.
