I accept Paypal, credit/debit cards and Etsy gift cards. If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Orders will usually be sent out within 1-2 days of receipt, and sent by 1st class Royal Mail.
Personalised and Custom orders will take a little longer depending on the nature of the design, all can be discussed before the order is placed..
Of course I will do my best though to post your order off to you as soon as I can - and I will always let you know once it is on its way.

Please see my post & packaging charges in each item listing - these charges are for:
First-class mail within the UK - 1-3 days for delivery
Standard airmail for USA - 5-10 days delivery
Standard airmail for Europe - 3-7 days delivery

Please note that framed prints can only be sent within the UK.

Please also bear in mind about potential customs charges if you are ordering from a non-EU country - the customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred on purchased items.

All items will be sent securely packaged in a hard back envelope or sturdy cardboard box so they arrive in tip top condition!

I am also happy to ship directly to your gift recipient with a short message from you if you would like to include one.

Please be aware that monitor screens and settings are different on each computer, so print colours may vary slightly from the images seen here. Please be assured that I only send out prints that meet my own very high standards and I work hard to describe the designs I feature as accurately as possible.

When you purchase from us at www.jenroffeprint we ask for, and collect, personal information such as your name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, email address, items ordered and payment details.
If you sign up to receive our email newsletter, we will request and store your name and email address. Buy agreeing to receive our newsletter you are opting in to hear about all news, updates, offers, product releases, blog posts and workshop dates. You can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email.

This may include where you are geographically, how you were referred to us (e.g. search engines or email marketing), your browser and device type, the pages you viewed, the duration of your visit and any search terms used. Where you contact us via social media to make an enquiry, we will respond via that channel
For special delivery items being delivered by our courier, the courier company may send you an email with a delivery update if you provided a valid email address when you placed the order.
If you purchase an item a gift or craft fair and consent to an electronic receipt this will be sent via email.


Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and request access to your personal data. You can make a request by email to jen.roffe [!at] gmail.com.
In the first instance we will provide a copy of the information free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable administration fee when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive or to comply with requests for further copies of the same information although this does not mean that we will charge for all subsequent access requests.
We will without delay and within 1 month of your request (subject to extensions in some cases):
confirm what personal data we hold about you;
provide a copy of the data in commonly used electronic format if the request is made electronically.
provide any supporting explanatory materials.
We can extend the time to respond by a further two months where requests are complex or numerous. If this is the case, we will inform you of this within one month of the receipt of the request and explain why the extension is necessary.
Data portability – in addition to your access right you can require us to provide a copy of your information that we hold in a commonly used machine-readable format.

Rights of Rectification and Erasure (the right to be forgotten) You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate or no longer necessary.

You can sign up to receive marketing communications either through our online sign up form, or at external events like gift fairs by completing your name and email address in the boxes provided.
