How to care for waxed canvas?

Do not dry clean, machine wash/dry your waxed canvas bags! Use a damp cloth to spot clean. Do not use detergent – it will break down the wax and you will loose that water-resistant coating! If the canvas is really soiled use bar, flaked or saddle soap (not liquid/powder detergent). Do this only if necessary and on specific areas only.

Proper care of your bags will ensure their long life. Jenneng is not responsible for damages caused to products through use.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Unfortunately, no. Jenneng is a one woman show and is extremely diligent in fulfilling all the regular orders coming in.

Do you offer wholesale?

If you have an awesome store and would like to carry Jenneng bags, I would love to work with you. Keep in mind that this is a one woman operation therefore wholesale is limited. Please email me with some info about your shop, brands you carry, photos of your shop, website link and I'll get back to you if I think it seems like a good fit: hello@jenneng.com.

Will I get a tracking number? What if my package is lost or damaged?

Each order is individually wrapped and packaged with care. A tracking number will be provided. Please note that we do not refund for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

How do I return or exchange my bag?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I will gladly accept returns on all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise.

Returns are eligible for store credit for the amount paid at purchase time or a refund less 10% for fees/expenses incurred. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery! I will send you instructions on how to process the return or exchange. Please keep in mind your return must be received by me within 14 days of original delivery!
