Please note my turnaround time varies because I also have an outside job 4 days a week and I may have to order fabric. I try to never go that long, but I would hate to over-promise and under-deliver. If you want your perch sooner, please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate you. My goal is to have happy kitties and satisfied kitty parents!

I just got this message:

Hi Jennifer.

I just had to share these two photos with you. Dixie and Mixie continue to use your cat perches. And again, they hold up extremely well with our Dubai summer. 50 Celsius last week.
NOT ONCE has a suction cup lost its grip.
As you can see by Mixie's photo, it just doesn't get any better than this.
My husband will be traveling to the states soon and I plan on ordering two more.

Curious Cats Get Special Perches

What a concept!
I admit, I saw this idea from a similar product and decided I could make it myself.
I'm not artistic, although I wish I were.
I am creative though, and I like making things and doing little projects.
After a little research, I figured it out. Actually a lot of research and trial and error. I wanted this to have my stamp on it; it had to be different, and better.
I wanted consistency and quality control. I wanted US made components. But it all had to be within my abilities. It is still a learning process and I still have little aha! moments.
The thing that really keeps me going beside my shop members, is you. It really warms my heart to see photos of other kitties enjoying something I built just for them (and you).
When I looked around for something for my cats that wasn't carpet or sisal covered, I had little options. I was looking for something that actually complemented my decor, was sturdy, and practical. All of this had to go along with the fact that cats, the most finicky, fickle, and particular creature I know, had to want to use it ~ regularly.
So here I am. I love Etsy and the creativity it breeds.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I am happy to accept a return if you are not satisfied with your perch; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
I will ship as soon as complete, usually within a week. Please give me up to two weeks to ship for custom orders if I have to wait for a specific component (usually fabric) to be shipped to me. I will keep you posted with status/tracking info. I have found it is helpful to have a phone number on customs forms if I am shipping outside the US.
