Welcome to Jenny's Craft! I am now a fully licensed business in Hawaii now residing in VA. PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND FAQ BEFORE ORDERING or contact me for any questions. ALL LEIS in my shop uses 3/8 INCH RIBBONS and LEI DIMENSIONS are ALL in the LISTING DESCRIPTIONS. Due to the high volume of orders because of grad season and other business event orders, unless you message me ahead of time to work something out, I DO NOT make exceptions to my policies. If you have a NEED BY DATE, please message me FIRST so I can accommodate you or it will go out within my processing and delivery time that was agreed to before the order was confirmed and placed.

I searched and searched for the lei's in our school colors, but couldn't find it on amazon - glad I found JennysCraft! Cute wrapping - like the logo stamp on the box - added a special touch. Came fast - a day before anticipated.

These make the perfect graduation presents since you can customize the color to match the schools colors. The quality of the lei is outstanding for the price and I will definitely be ordering again. 10/10 recommend this shop!

Wholesale availability
Orders of 20 or more leis are considered a bulk order so please contact me FIRST for a custom listing with bulk discount of 10% and appropriate shipping method.
BULK Orders
Please message me FIRST for a Consultation of need by date, create a custom listing or Invoice and payment. Turnaround time for bulk order depends on Lei Season and/or if I have a lot of orders. Bulk discount is 10% total order before tax and free priority 3 day shipping. Turnaround time does not include shipping.
RUSH ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR BULK ORDER DISCOUNT
Orders of:
20+ Leis about 1.5-2 weeks or less
50+ leis I need about 3-4 weeks in advance.
100+ or more leis I need about 1-2 month in advance.
500+ leis is 3-4 Months in advance or less if it is not lei season.
1000 leis I need 4 months or maybe less if it is not lei season.
If you are a tax exempt business/school I can create an invoice with alternative payment.

I ship out via standard shipping with USPS 3-6 business days. Priority 3 day and Expedited 2 day shipping is offered with the SHIPPING UPGRADE ADD ON listing in the shop but please message me first for need by dates before ordering. Once boxes are dropped off, it is out of my hands as I cannot control what they do. Msg me first to see what I can do to help with the process. My new home is in Virginia but my license is still active in Hawaii that is why my shop says Hawaii but the shipping time quoted is based on my VA zipcode.
Lost boxes?
Yes it is possible!!! But it is out of my control. I do not control the post office nor the workers. So please do not send me an unprofessional message when I have no control over shipping. If there is time, I will work with you to get another shipment out. I strive to make my customers happy as I am extremely busy also.

I DO offer rush order with a rush order fee on a case by case. Rush order is any bulk order needed before the turnaround time below. Contact me first for inquiries.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Vacation Mode
When my shop is on Vacation mode, it normally means I am pushing out all orders because my back stock is gone and I have to weave every single order. Please feel free to message me as I ALWAYS have my phone on me and will ALWAYS respond. I am a licensed business in Hawaii with an active license and I moved to Virginia so my shop is still active in Hawaii but I am shipping from Virginia my current home.
