Most items are ready within a week - However, during a busy season, it can take up to 4 weeks or longer to receive an item, especially if your order is large. When placing an order, if you need it by a certain date, please convo me before purchasing to make sure I can accommodate your needs =)


If you need your order sooner, there will be a rush fee of $5.00 for every $30 spent. This will move your order to the top of our production list and guarantee shipping 2 days after payment is made (on select items, others guarantee 1 week).

Thank you so much for stopping by my Etsy shop!! I am a one person business doing something I absolutely love!! I started out making glasses because I never could find one that caught my eye enough. I take pride in the pieces I create and hope you see the joy through my work.

Here you will find all sorts of custom glasses. Any glass you see can be customized to fit your needs!!! Please send me a conversation if you see a glass you like and want to have it customized!! I can then create a custom listing for you.

Most orders are completed within 1 week - however, during a busy season, it can take up to 4 weeks or longer to receive an item, especially if your order is large. Orders over 20 glasses - please order at least 3 months in advance. When placing an order, if you need it by a certain date, please convo me before purchasing to make sure I can accommodate your needs =)

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will not be started or shipped until payment is cleared. Orders are created in the order they are received unless otherwise communicated.

I accept Paypal only as a form of payment right now.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of initial purchase. After 24 hours, you are responsible for payment due to the nature of customizing work.
Shipping
I normally will ship USPS priority with a delivery confirmation number. For larger orders I will ship either UPS or USPS, whichever is more cost efficient for you. Please contact me if you need overnight shipping or would like to upgrade to UPS ground.

Insurance on each order is optional - However - should you not purchase insurance, it is not the responsibility of Once in a Lifetime Boutique to replace or refund you for your damaged item. While we take all precautions to prevent damage to items during shipping, we cannot guarantee anything.

$50.01 - $100 - $3.00 Insurance
$100.01 - $200 - $4.00 Insurance


I am not responsible for lost packages.

You have two options if you receive a broken item (IF You have purchased insurance):

-Option 1 - Send a picture of the broken item in the box with the original packaging. Then return the package to me with all original packing materials, box & broken item. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping). Once the package is back to me, I will file an insurance claim with the post office. Once the claim is filed and settled in my favor, I will either refund your money, minus shipping & insurance or recreate your original item, whichever you choose. If you need your item recreated asap, you may purchase another listing and upon the claim settlement in my favor, I will refund your 2nd purchase.

Option 2 - Send a picture of the broken item in the box with the original packaging. You can file the insurance claim on your own. I will send you all necessary documents to do so. Keep all original packaging to help your claim. If the post office determines the claim will not be refunded, I am not responsible.

Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of my products No refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted. If there is an issue regarding your order contact me immediately so we can work things out. I normally respond to emails very quickly and will be sure to come up with a solution to any problem that you may encounter.

Although I am pretty confident you will not need to use this option, I stand by my customers 100%. Please make sure you read and understand the entirety of all of these policies before you purchase.

Your personalized item will be created as closely to the selected design as possible. Some variations will occur do to the nature of a the design. All results are original works of art.
