About JenseyDesignStudio

On Etsy since 2020

From commercial graphic designer to SVG file creator

Welcome! I'm so glad you stopped by my Etsy shop. My name is Jen and I wear the Graphic Designer hat around here. Some of the other 'hats' I wear every day include Wife, Mom, Creative Crafter and Serial Entrepreneur to name a few.

For the past 25+ years, I've worked in the printing & graphics industry as a designer, but in early 2020, I decided to try something new and provide instant download SVG files for Cricut & Silhouette users and small business owners. I've come to realize that I truly love creating digital download art and having the ability to think up an idea, flesh out a vector clipart design and get it out there for the world to use -- all in an afternoon!

I'm cranking out svg cut files daily for everything from cute t-shirts to DIY signs and also have printable png files for a wide variety of subjects. Be sure to favorite my shop so you can be notified when popular SVG designs and printable digital images hit my shop's virtual shelves.

It also makes my heart happy to see some of the unique things people do with my designs. I'd love to see what YOU create, so please come back and leave a review with a photo of your finished project!

As a one-woman shop, that means long days may occasionally lead a tiny mistake (Hey, we’re all human, right? :) However, it’s ALWAYS my goal to offer great customer service! If you have any difficulty with digital downloads, need help using Cricut files or find an issue with my SVG files that needs fixing, PLEASE contact me right away so I can help :) I will message back as soon as possible.

All the best,
Jen C.

Frequently asked questions
What type of licensing do you provide for your digital products?

Unless noted, listings include personal & commercial licensing for physical products only, with restrictions:

- Reselling/distributing my graphics (in part or whole) in ANY digital form IS NOT ALLOWED.

- Purchasing this listing DOES NOT include the right to post a design ‘AS IS’ on 3rd-party online marketplaces that apply a design to their entire catalog and pay you a commission. This applies to sites like (but not limited to) Amazon Merch, Zazzle, RedBubble, Teespring, Spreadshirt, Society 6 and others. The products you make with my graphics must be branded, managed and sold by YOU. Creating a t-shirt listing with my design to sell in your Etsy shop and then using a print on demand company to fulfill it for you is an acceptable use.

Custom and personalized orders

Currently, I am unable to accommodate custom design orders unless the listing has been set up already as a personalized item to receive your customization information.

What programs do your digital files work with?

For individual cut file digital downloads, you'll receive 4 file types. Here are the types and what programs they are compatible with:

- SVG • For use with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer or Business Edition, Make the Cut, SCAL, Brother Scan N Cut
- PNG • For use in print or web programs and projects that require transparent backgrounds
- EPS • For use with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscap
- DXF • For use with Silhouette Basic Edition

For printable digital download products and wall art items, you will receive 2 files types suitable for printing at home or taking to a printer to have output for you on specialty materials. Sizes vary according to the listing details:

- JPG file (sizes vary)
- PDF file (sizes vary)

I no longer need the file I purchased or changed my mind. Can I return it or exchange it?

Due to the digital nature of this product, and the ability to download your purchases immediately in most cases, I can not accept cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds will not be given in these cases.

Should you experience any problems with downloading or getting your files to work properly, I'm happy to try my best to help you figure out what the issue is so you can use your purchased file.

Can you give me the font you used to create a particular design?

Unfortunately, most fonts used in my graphics have been purchased by me, for my professional use only. This means I am unable to provide the actual font source files with any purchases, but should you buy a design that requires additional customization by you, then usually I will list the font used in my sample in the product description, and tell you where you can find it to download yourself :)

My payment is still processing and I cannot download my file yet. What do I do?

I am not in control of payment processing settings for your Etsy purchases, nor do I store any payment information from purchases you make from my shop. I am only able to see if your payment has gone through, or if it is still processing.

Contacting Etsy's customer service is the best and fastest way to resolve any payment processing issues so you can access your files. You can also verify if your order was successful by visiting the 'You' account tab, and clicking the 'Purchases and Reviews' link.

Where is my download link to access my purchase?

Once your payment has been fully processed, you should have received the download link in the order confirmation email you get from Etsy. This is sent directly to the email listed in your Etsy account and something I have no control over. If you never receive an email, be sure to check your junk mail.

Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, click on 'You' account tab, then click 'Purchases and Reviews'. The download link will appear in the list of your past purchases.

Accessing individual files in the .zip folder - opening the compressed folder

A digital design purchase from my shop includes 4 file types: SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS. It is typical for designers to add individual files inside a folder and 'zip' it so that the overall file size you'll download is smaller and it also may help prevent your files from getting corrupted in the download process from Etsy servers.

The device you are trying to unzip a folder on -- a phone or a computer -- should have a very simple way to 'unzip' the folder and see the files inside it. Since there are many mobile devices, computer types and operating systems, it's difficult to offer technical support, but a simple online search with your details should help you figure out how to decompress a zipped folder on your device :)

How do I download my purchase from the Etsy App?

As of May 2022, you cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

Here is more help on that subject (copy/paste url in your browser):

Missing the SVG file in the folder? It's there, it just might be hiding from you...

On PC's it has often happened that the SVG file actually previews like a 'Microsoft Edge' document file. If you see that, it is actually the SVG file, but the file extensions are being hidden on your computer and causing the file to look different in the list.

Here's a great article that a fellow crafter created and it explains how to fix the issue:

If that doesn't work, also try opening your Cricut software first and then locating the file (the microsoft edge file type) and see if it will import it.
