I asked for a custom color on my shelf and that was delivered perfectly. But I was disappointed that the brackets for the screws were visable. I feel like that was an easy fix to make it more pleasing to the eye. Other than that the frame was nice. I also appreciated that the frame came with its own screws.

Item is put together very solid! Finish and color turned out great. He had issues getting it put together correctly the first time and was extremely communicative throughout the process of fixing and trying to find another solution. Gave me three options to choose from when the item didn't turn out as expected, and ended up following through with the original order. Once the item was finished, getting shipping completed seemed to take a little longer than expected, and seller didn't provide a tracking number which made me nervous about the shipment. Once arrived, item was in great condition and packed very well. I will most certainly consider this seller for future items like this one and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (as long as you are fine with waiting on a custom piece!).

This shelf came fast! Jerald offers many sizes and colors to fit your needs. I bought this as a gift and was surprised at how attentive Jerald was. As for the product itself, very well made and beautifully detailed! Will buy again!
