Payment
If paying by cheque or money order: Your goods will be despatched upon receipt and clearance of payment. We will allow 14 days for means of payment to arrive before we relist the item and cancel your order.
Please be aware, if purchasing from outside the UK, your purchase may be subject to additional tax on arrival. Certain goods, including semi-precious stones and essential oils, may be prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your purchases are not those prohibited by local law and to pay any customs charges that may arise.

Shipping
About costs: we understand that our postage on additional items can look excessive. This is because our products are so varied in weight, price and value and we must make sure insurance is covered for all items ordered. For example, if you buy two pairs of earrings at £7.50 each, we will refund the shipping on the second pair. However, if you buy a £7.50 pair of earrings together with a £140 ring, we want to make sure we can send both with enough insurance to protect you and us. Postage might calculate as £17 for two items. Shipped together, we would refund the postage on the less expensive item. However, were you to buy two £140 rings, we couldn't refund either postage cost so that we could ensure the insurance is ensured. It's really that simple.
2) Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, especially at peak times of year. For example, items purchased in December may take longer to arrive than in June. For UK customers, in-stock items should be with you within 3 working days of despatch.
3) To keep the parcels safe for you, we use tracked and signed for shipping. This is a little more expensive. Jeremiah Jewellery is not responsible for items lost in transit. We provide a tracking number for you to follow your parcel on its journey. Although we realise you can't collect it mid-journey, nor can we. Most of our items are completely unique and cannot be replaced. The tracking number provided gives you means to seek compensation from the courier at whichever point the parcel was last seen.

Additional policies and FAQs
We regret, we no longer take custom orders for jewellery. Our shop contains a wide range of items but we cannot guarantee we have the items in stock that are necessary to complete custom orders. We don't like to disappoint people who, for example, see an item they like but only if it were purple instead of red or if it were six inches longer or shorter. The decision to avoid custom orders was not taken lightly and we apologise if this doesn't make you smile.
HOW ETHICALLY SOURCED ARE YOUR MATERIALS?
This is a tricky one. Being concerned for mind, body and spirit as well as the planet and its occupants both animal and vegetable, we try to avoid purchasing materials that are shown to be negatively impactful. We ask that all our custmers reuse, recycle or responsibly retire our packaging and goods.
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS GIVE REAL MEDICINAL BENEFITS?
JJ believes that anything which does you good is of some small medicinal benefit. Laughter, smiles, getting a nice new item hand crafted with care and attention - they all lift a little of the weight from our shoulders. However, none of our products are sold as either treatment or remedy for any condition. We do provide information on traditional beliefs regarding the properties of crystals, essential oils and colours. These are very much psychological and dependent on the circumstance of the owner. For example, many people find meditation and care for one's spiritual side to have a positive impact on mental and physical health. Aromatherapy is a recognised complementary therapy recommended by many medical practitioners IN ADDITION to prescribed treatments. Our products are designed to lift the spirit, not as any other type of therapy. We DO NOT recommend that anyone seek only alternative therapies and anyone with a severe or long-term condition should seek the advice of their doctor before use.
DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS?
We currently do not take bulk orders. If you wish to purchase multiples of any item in our shop, please contact us. We may have more in stock but could rarely provide more than five of any item.
