You can use our decals on Low/No VOC paint, but it will take more time and patience to apply the decals.

Extra precaution should be used when applying wall graphics to "Low/No/Zero VOC" paints as these paints may exhibit lower adhesion levels.

Allowing graphics extended time after application before removing application tape allows adhesive further time to create a full bond (up to 24 hours).

You can also use techniques while applying the decals, like putting a cloth/towel over your application tool to help get the vinyl into the grooves or texture of the wall.

Also, you should continue to rub the decal into the wall for a couple days after you have removed the application tape, to be sure the vinyl continues sticking properly.

If you need your order rushed, you can let us know either through messages or the "Note to Jesabi" box while checking. We'll do our best to rush the Processing and get your decals out ahead of time.

Although decals do not have to be applied immediately, it is important to store them correctly if you aren't going to be applying your decals for over a month. Keep the decals in a well ventilated area. Be sure that the decals are not in very hot or cold conditions for extended periods of time. This might make the decals harder to apply later on.
For example do not leave them in: storage unit, Attic, porch/patio (enclosed or not enclosed).

>The decals should stay at normal a room temperature, 68 to 72 °F.
>Avoid leaving decals in direct sunlight.
>Keep decals in a dry and clean environment.

In these conditions decals should be able to stay unused for about 2-3 months. But it is always best to apply decals as soon as you can.

Try this method:

1. Prepare a cleaning solution of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% water.
2. Saturate a cleaning cloth with the solution.
3. Thoroughly wipe all parts of the wall where the decal will adhere.
4. Wait 10 minutes for the wall to dry.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 once or twice more for increased adhesion.
6. Apply decal to the wall.
7. Leave the decal on the wall for up to 24 hrs before removing it.
8. While waiting, continue periodically rubbing the decal into the grooves of the wall. You can use a cloth for this.
9. After 24 hrs, slowly remove the transfer tape. For the next couple days make sure to continue rubbing the decals into the grooves of the wall. You can just use your fingers for this.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic most countries have been experiencing extreme delays in shipping.

Shipping to countries outside the U.S. can take anywhere from 1-4 months, easily, depending on the destination country.

The delays are random and most long pauses in shipping have been occurring before the packages leave the U.S.

Unfortunately, there is no way to know how long the delay will be for your specific country, but if you are interested in purchasing, please contact us about the delays, so that we can try to help.

Especially if you are needing it in a timely manner (which would likely require a shipping upgrade).
